Biela Pút’
Tatry mountain resort, Jasná, Slovak Republic
Jasná Nízke Tatry is the largest ski centre in Slovakia. With around 45 km of well-prepared ski slopes, it is one of the leading ski destinations in Slovakia. During the summer season, visitors can enjoy unforgettable views from the peaks of the Low Tatras. Demänovská dolina valley, is part of the Low Tatras National Park.
The inclined lift is the connection between the top station Biela Púť-Jasná and the new bottom station Funitel Priehyba-Chopok. Especially on windy days, the Twinliner, which allows operation at wind speeds of up to 90 km/h, provides the important transport function.
Particularly impressive: the pylon and suspended construction make it possible to cross a ski slope with a span of more than 30 m.
